Property Consultancy Charges
We provide Consultancy for sale, purchase, transfer of land/plot/apartment/house/Bunglow/cottage etc. This service includes advice on selection, verfication of tittle, processing, preparation of documents and finally tranfer of ownership and registration. A consultancy fee of 1% to 2% of price of property is charged depending on the price of property. We also provide consultancy for locating accomodation on rent. For this purpose, we have data available of property required and property available and use our database for this purpose. The charges for the service of one month rent from each side, Landlord (owner)and the tennant.
